‘’INVITES PROPOSAL IN SEALED COVER FOR GST CONSULTANT FOR WIRC OF ICAI AT BKC, MUMBAI”- (TO BE SENT BY SEALED ENVELOPE)

As per the decision taken in Executive committee meeting held on 29th November 2020, we invite proposal for hiring Goods & service tax (GST) consultant for the financial years 2020-21,  2021-22 & 2022-23.

GST Scope of Work: -

  1. Filing monthly GSTR Returns (GSTR1 and GSTR3B) as per the GST Law.
  2. Calculation of GST liability in GSTR3B.
  3. Compilation of GST data.
  4. Reconciliation of GSTR1 with books and ITC as per GSTR2A and 2B.
  5. Suggesting any rectification or changes if required as per GST provisions in books or returns.
  6. Accounting for GST Tax Ledger Reconciliation and monthly reconciliation of GST data with all units under GST registration number of WIRC of ICAI.
  7. Assisting in compiling data for annual GST return from 2020-21 and onwards.
  8. Representing before authorities, in case of any notice received.

 Please give details on following points for marking of Firm:

  1. Experience of Firm in Indirect tax area.
  2. Experience of Partner in Indirect Tax area.
  3. Responsible CA and its Indirect Tax experience to handle this scope.
  4. Any Contribution of Partners in GST knowledge sharing like Writer, Lecturer, etc.
  5. Any experience of GST Consultancy or Audit of Educational Institution. Please furnish details.
