Vaccination terms and conditions:
Vaccine eligibility will be as per below:
1. Persons in the age group i.e. 18 years and above for first dose.
2. Vaccine should not be taken empty stomach. Not more than 2 hour from meal
3. 2nd dose only if respective members have completed 84 days after the first dose (as per the govt norms) and has 1st Dose Certificate.
4. Co morbidity patients, mainly hypertension, diabetes and Cardiac cases must take the advice of family physician prior to vaccination.
5. Vaccine for Corona positive cases, only after three months of getting negative report.
6. Senior Citizens & any Pregnant ladies will be given 1st Priority
7. Must carry Aadhar card/Identification Card for verification.

Protocols while getting Vaccinated
1. Please wear a double mask, preferably N95 when you come for Vaccination
2. Please wear your mask properly covering the nose and maintain Social Distance while waiting for your turn.
3. No eating drinking and removal of mask to talk on phone allowed in the waiting area. If you need to drink water you will have to step outside of Vaccination Room.
4. Please wear suitable clothing which can be pulled up near the arms for easy vaccination process. A sleeveless or a loose half sleeve t-shirt works best.
5. Try to come with empty bladder so you don't need to use a common toilet at these times. A light meal is suggested by Doctors half an hour before vaccination.
6. No one except the vaccine beneficiary will be allowed entry in the Vaccination Room. (No children at all). Only if the beneficiary needs physical assistance can someone accompany him/her.
